  My husband had just driven down from Virginia with 4 cats, after sleeping on an air mattress the first night, we decided to go into the Mattress Firm due to its proximity to steak and shake. Kathryn Martin is a great sales person. She took all the details of what we wanted and our budget, she LISTENED and took good care of us. The Bottom line, we got the right bed, on time and on budget!! As a rule I find female sales consultants tend to have more empathy and are less pushy. I will be back to see her as I fill up the rooms in my new house.
